In a word, NO. However, since we have all been online a long time, my answer is unlikely to deter you.
But there are things you can do to be SAFER. I've been telling people about these things for a while, knowing that the day was coming when they would actively be used against Christians.
A quick list of things you can do to be safer:
- Dump gmail! Get something like protonmail.com.
- If you're into social media, twitter & facebook bad, gab.com good.
- Read your bible at least 30 minutes a day.
Gmail is free, and unencrypted. They can, and do read the contents of your email, and not just to target ads. There is already discussion of posting "misinformation/disinformation" warnings in your email, just like on facebook/twitter.
Protonmail is free, encrypted on your computer, and decrypted on the computer of the person you are sending it to. This assumes they are also using protonmail. People in-between cannot read your emails.
Don't let fear rule you! All the bad stuff that is happening in the world has been going on for years. The daily bible reading helps reset your mind to the more important things.
A paragraph from an old worship song applies here:
"Keep your eyes upon Jesus,
look full in His wonderful face,
and the things of earth will grow strangely dim
in the light of His glory and grace."
